About the roleWe are looking for a Data Operation to join our talented, energetic team to solve real challenges and create innovative user experiences using AI in the finance industry. They must be bold and creative thinker-driven to achieve in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment.
Key assignments are listed below:
- Lead full-cycle data processing and management processes: inputting, updating, and maintaining data into databases with accuracy and completeness of information;
- Ensure data quality assurance: review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies in data;
- Conduct data analysis: Basic data analysis to generate reports or summaries, and extract meaningful insights from data sets;
- Proactively work with the Data Services Leader to solve any issue or problem that might occur during the process that may impact the project;
- Work closely with teammates and AI engineers to assess the feasibility and possible solutions to ensure progress and quality of data delivered.
Requirements:
[Must have]
- Fresh graduate or no experience but willing to learn and develop a career in data or IT;
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Vietnamese; Intermediate
- English (B1) and Chinese (HSK4);
- Proactiveness, detailed-oriented, constant-learning mindset, good time management;
- Strong interest in data and analytics projects and Artificial Intelligence technologies;
- Proficient in Excel formulas, data structures, and basic visualization;
- Experience of using with MS Office, PDF tools, and data tools;
- Ability to research for other data tools as project needs;
- Experience with data management flow and data storage;
- Academic knowledge, work exposure, or interest in Data Analytics.

- Previous experience is optional;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical fields;
- Exposure to the AI or IT field;
- Fluent in Japanese.
