Your Key Responsibilities
BI Agent - GenAI Rag
- Bi Agent Development: Design, develop, and maintain a GenAI-powered BI tool that aggregates data from various sources to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. Integrate data from platforms like SIDIS, GA4, and social media to enable seamless querying and report generation for end users. This solution can also be embedded into a chatbot or other applications to effectively address business challenges for stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Intelligence team and the Data Engineering team.
- Automated Insight Generation: Create and implement algorithms that automatically identify significant trends, patterns, and anomalies across data sources. Develop a functionality that not only delivers insights but also explains the underlying factors contributing to those trends and recommends actionable steps.
- Predictive Trend Analysis: Build predictive models that forecast future trends based on current user behavior, market insights, and other data points.
- Training Model Framework and Execution: Define and implement the framework for training GenAI models within the data team, ensuring scalability and performance across multiple data sources. Create an execution plan to continuously improve the tool, incorporating feedback and addressing business needs as they evolve.
Synthetic Data Modeling and Correction
- Work closely with Data Engineers to automate data partnership alignment and corrections for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop models for SEC segmentation, age and gender prediction, user funnel analysis based on behavior, detection of Patient/Caregiver personas, and categorization into Interest/Affinity groups, etc
Big Data Analytics
- As the central brain of the team, you will receive numerous requests to analyze large datasets and identify the best path forward for developing and enhancing the data intelligence system. Your role will be crucial in guiding the future evolution of this brain, ensuring that it continuously improves and adapts to the business needs.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying RAG-based models.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages in Python.
- Experience in singular and multimodal LLM solutions (e.g., GPT-4o, Gemini, etc.).
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep understanding of natural language processing techniques and frameworks.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of RAG architectures and their applications.
- Familiarity with information retrieval and text generation techniques.
- Strong understanding of deep learning algorithms and neural networks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Publications or contributions to relevant research in the field of RAG or NLP.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services , Google Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for deploying and maintaining machine learning models.
