Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Support Specialist at Eton in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Data Support Specialist will be responsible for analytical tasks, data management, communication with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, implementing data quality checks and procedures, maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation processes and data analytics on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data visualization tools
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of database concepts, including normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, Airflow DAG.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency

Data Management and Troubleshooting skills

• Years of experience in database administration or support
• Experience in the logistics industry
• Experience with supply chain or logistics data
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with Airtable, Talend
• Experience with cloud-based database services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Data modeling and design experience
