In the same spirit, Anywr Vietnam are currently recruiting a DataCenter andPresales Cloud (M/F) for one of our clients, an IT outsourcing company, located in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide technical pre-sales support in articulating infrastructure design with indepth product knowledge of at least two technology domains, focusing on computing, storage, EUC, virtualization, and networking.
- Drive solution sales by understanding clients technical needs and translating them into tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain intermediate-level skills in public cloud platforms such as
- Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in technologies from Microsoft, VMware, Broadcom, Dell, HPE, IBM, and other relevant vendors.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop a well-informed infrastructure approach and monitor its implementation.
- Regularly assess and optimize infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and virtualized environments.
- Design and manage on-premises and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with infrastructure migration and modernization strategies.
- Identify and recommend the best infrastructure architecture options to align with the company's strategic goals.
- Translate project-specific requirements into scalable and efficient infrastructure designs.
- Ensure the security and reliability of the infrastructure environment.
- Provide training and support to teams interacting with the infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure resource utilization and performance.
- Work with clients to understand their infrastructure needs and implement solutions accordingly.
- Conduct migrations and upgrades as needed.
- Utilize virtualization technologies for effective server management.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-7years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure solutions, with a focus on computing, storage, EUC, virtualization, and networking.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong expertise in technologies from Microsoft, VMware, Dell, HPE, IBM, and other relevant vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong pre-sales skillsets as a part of sales team in a System Integrator Company
