The Opportunity
- Taking charge of the BU's business plan, P&L, and growth. Supporting pre-sales activities and providing technical solutions and consulting directly to customers/leads.
- Contributing to building the group's delivery methodology and ensuring team compliance.
- Managing BU budgets and resources effectively.
- Overseeing project teams and ensuring the timely delivery of software solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Building the core team for the Business unit, including key technology roles and management positions. Therefore, leadership and team-building skills are crucial.
- Reporting to the Board of Directors.
What you need:
- Solid knowledge with 7 years hands-on practical experience with project management principles, methods, and techniques in IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields
- Senior-level leadership skills and proven experience setting direction and managing highly accomplished program execution teams.
- Proven expertise managing details and balancing multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, active listening.
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Delivery teams.
- Experience in a ERP/Distribution Software/HR & Payroll software/Telecommunications is preferred
