Demand Planning Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Demand Planning Manager will be responsible for managing the Demand Planning Department of the company, mainly in charge of managing foreign suppliers, product portfolios, purchasing activities, pricing strategy and consulting business strategy with BOD. The Manager shall be able to design general and detail action plans for Department and coordinate with other Departments to run the business operation.

Manage the purchasing performance of the company, including import and domestic purchase of goods regarding Bathroom and Kitchen appliances to fulfill project sales and retail sales demand.

Be active in designing inventory and purchase plan by working closely with Sales Department and Accounting Department

Manage the company's Product Portfolio and Pricing Strategy, including building Product Supply Network and developing the cooperation year to year; designing List price, calculating price options for Project sales demand; analyzing and building promotion pricing package for retail sales demand; and other Pricing requests

Take lead in all supply chain activities as well as develop supply relationship during the cooperation period on behalf of company's interest

Investigate suitable products and brands for Sales demand case by case and responsible for optimizing the product values for any projects

Take care of self-development in product & market knowledge to be in charge of internal training programs for Product, Brand, Market update, Competitor information

Work with BOD and other Departments to run the Business plan and consult in execution of working process in general

Willing to travel abroad to visit fairs, supply events, customer's factory visit, factory training, and so on

Consult to Marketing team with the view and experience of Product and Pricing management to boost the effectiveness of Marketing strategy

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (no need to show certificate)

Prefer but not limited to background of Business Administration, Foreign Trade and Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management,

PREFERRED SKILLS

Good communication and interpersonal skill set and international business mindset

Confident in presentation and networking

Interest in studying technical knowledge and numerology oriented
