Job Description

The position of Deputy CEO is open for Vietnamese candidate.

Job location is Hanoi (1st stage)/Hung Yen, Bac Ninh or Bac Giang (2nd stage) (max 60km from Hanoi).

Main tasks:

  • Set up the new business operation together with CEO (from facility construction, licensing, building up the organization structure, policies, accounting and management system as well as hiring process)
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations including such functions as Finance, Exim, MIS, HR & Admin, Purchasing, WH operation and Legal
  • Evaluate departmental performance
  • Advise on development strategies for the company
  • Build and develop relationships inside and outside the business
  • Act as a critical connection among key stakeholders, especially Shareholders, Board of Directors and Employees.

In details:

  1. Research and setup the framework for a new business operation (structure, roles and responsibilities, regulations, policies, personnel)
  2. Develop working processes and service provision processes for customers in accordance with the Company's regulations and current regulations of relevant agencies and departments.
  3. Develop, monitor and measure the performance evaluation criteria (KPIs) of each department.
  4. Set up Accounting/ERP and quality management system.
  5. Effective human resource management: Reasonable personnel allocation; build a salary fund in accordance with the Company's current financial situation and labor market, develop key human resources for the Company.
  6. Set up the system of policies, regulations and processes of the Company.
  7. Manage day-to-day operations of corporate service functions of the Company and do adjustments if needed for the effective operations of the Company.
  8. Plan and monitor the implementation of the Company's business plan on an annual, quarterly and monthly basis according to the business's objectives.
  9. Prepare the Company's operational and financial reports and present them to the Board of Directors and Shareholders.
  10. Management of the Company's assets and equipment: Performing the management of facilities, equipment, machinery, office cleaning, creating a clean, beautiful and comfortable space for customers and the Company's employees.
  11. Procurement of materials, supplies, equipment, operation and monitoring of the company's warehouse and efficiency.
  12. Be a connection with Shareholders, Board of Directors and employees. Advise on development strategies to Shareholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. University Degree of finance and accounting or equivalent
  2. International Financial Management Certifications: ACCA, CFA are preferable.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in COO position or equivalent
  4. At least 7 years in the management position in Finance and Accounting department of International companies
  5. Strong in such skills as Planning, Communication, Tasks assignment, Process, Problem Solving
  6. High sense of responsibility
  7. Good English or Korean
