RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide legal advice and appraisal on strategic and critical legal matters of the company and assess the legality of documents issued by the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the CEO.
- Advise the company's leadership on legal aspects of project development, construction, business, and operations to ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and risk control.
- Organize and control legal compliance across all departments and divisions within the company.
- Manage and organize the handling of complaints and lawsuits according to legal authority and provide legal solutions that are compliant, practical, and effective.
- Organize and oversee the systematization of legal documents and update changes in relevant legal policies within the company.
- Control and organize legal knowledge training for employees in various departments within the company.

REQUIREMENTS
- Educational background: Master's Degree in Law from domestic or international institutions;
- Holds a lawyer's practising certificate;
- A minimum of 5 years in senior positions, such as Legal Director or higher, at reputable organisations or investors. Candidates from international law firms will also be considered.
- Experience in legal fields concerning real estate business, residential, civil, commercial, investment, construction, internal corporate legal affairs, M&A...
- Candidates with experience in legal advisory for large capital mobilization transactions are preferred;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and bargaining skills, particularly in negotiating with international partners;
- Ability to work under high intensity and pressure;
- Administrative, coordinating, and organizing skills.
