- Hoch nh v khai thc ngun nhn lc: Thc hin trin khai quy ch/ quy trnh tuyn dng theo quy nh ca IVB v quy nh ca php lut.
- Lp k hoch tuyn dng nhn s tng thi k theo nh hng chin lc ca IVB.
- Tm kim, khai thc, thit lp ngun ng vin tim nng ni b v bn ngoi (c s d liu ngn hng ng vin tim nng).
- xut, gp xy dng cc chnh sch lin quan tuyn dng vi Phng Chnh sch Nhn s v Qun tr Mng li kp thi cp nht thng tin, ph hp vi quy nh IVB v quy nh ca Php lut.

- Tham mu cho lnh o phng cc cng tc lin quan n qun l cn b, quy trnh nhn s, khen thng, k lut, cc l trnh thng tin ca CBNV trong ton h thng IVB.
- T vn/ gii quyt cc khiu ni, thc mc, t co lin quan n cc vn nhn s.
- xut, gp v cc chnh sch qun l cn b c ban hnh phi hp cng cc Phng ban lin quan thc hin sa i, b sung cc ni dung (nu cn thit).
Support the Department Head: Assist in implementing, monitoring, and supervising the operational and HR management tasks within the department, ensuring the completion of annual targets/plans assigned by the Executive Board periodically.
Report directly to the Head of HR Management & Development Department.
Report as required to the Director of the Human Resources Management Division.
- Recruitment
- Plan and exploit human resources: Implement recruitment regulations/procedures according to IVB and legal regulations.
- Develop periodic recruitment plans in alignment with IVB's strategic direction.
- Source, exploit, and establish a pool of potential internal and external candidates (potential candidate database).
- Propose and contribute to the development of recruitment policies with the HR Policy and Network Management Department to ensure timely updates in compliance with IVB and legal regulations.
- Training
- Develop, analyze, and identify training needs; supervise the implementation of training activities.
- Monitor the organization and assess the quality of training courses.
- Implement and manage the E-learning training program.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Manage and review payroll, bonuses, taxes, and social insurance payments in accordance with legal and bank regulations.
- Contribute to adjustments in salary scales, performance bonus policies, and benefits.
- Employee Management
- Advise department leaders on employee management, HR processes, rewards, discipline, and career progression within IVB.
- Advise and resolve complaints, inquiries, and allegations related to HR issues.
- Propose and contribute to amendments to issued employee management policies to coordinate with relevant departments for necessary revisions or additions.

- K nng lng nghe v gii quyt xung t.
- Kh nng thuyt phc v to nh hng n ngi khc.

- K nng x l Quan h lao ng: c kh nng xy dng, duy tr mi quan h tt vi nhn vin v cc bn lin quan; m phn v qun l cc vn lin quan n quan h lao ng.
- K nng hp tc v lm vic nhm: kh nng lm vic nhm v phi hp vi cc phng ban khc t c mc tiu chung ca Ngn hng.
- Kinh nghim: C t nht 3-5 nm kinh nghim lm vic trong lnh vc nhn s, trong c t nht 2 nm v tr qun l. u tin kinh nghim lm vic trong lnh vc Ngn hng.
- Ngoi ng: Ting Anh lu lot (tng ng TOEIC 700)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years experience of HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Preference for experience in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR management regulations.
- In-depth understanding of HR operations (payroll, labor relations, training, recruitment, rewards - discipline).
- Leadership skills: Ability to support and coordinate with the Department Head in leading and managing the HR team; skills in training, mentoring, and developing employees.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Listening and conflict resolution skills.
- Persuasion and influence skills.
- Motivation and team-building skills.
- Labor relations handling skills: Ability to build and maintain good relationships with employees and stakeholders; negotiate and manage labor relations issues.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills: Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments to achieve the bank's common goals.
- Fluent English (equivalent to TOEIC 700).
