Job Title: Deputy HR Manager (Korean Speaking)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Deputy HR Manager (Korean Speaking) to join their team. Our client provides innovative power systems and automated solutions for efficiency and sustainability. Position Overview:
The Deputy HR Manager will support HR operations, focusing on performance management, compensation and benefits (C&B), and collaborating with the headquarters in Korea. This role requires proficiency in Korean and expertise in HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive performance management system aligned with organizational goals
- Manage employee performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and coach employees to enhance productivity
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Conduct market research to offer competitive benefits and salary packages
- Organize training sessions for employees on performance evaluation processes
- Analyze performance data and provide improvement recommendations
- Collaboration with Headquarters:
- Work closely with HQ to implement performance-based incentive programs
- Handle HR tasks related to the company's operations with HQ
- Prepare regular reports on HR matters for the head office
- Assistant to HR Manager:
- Support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies
- Act as an interpreter and trainer for Korean language programs
- Host visiting delegations from Korea
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Korean Studies, Economics, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, particularly in C&B and performance evaluation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Korean (speaking, reading, writing) and good English skills
