Deputy Investment Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Research, and analyze project FS (Feasibility study), evaluate investment opportunities, research market and research projects, and analyze investment opportunities by building valuation models.

- Analyze the project financial statements (Cash flow, Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet)

- Recognize the issue, propose necessary solutions, and work with assigned units such as Audit companies, Tax authorities, Valuation companies, and banks...

- Plan to use capital according to the investment needs and operational needs of the Company.

- Monitor, system, and periodically report credits.

- Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews

- Perform other tasks as directed by direct management.

Necessary Skill / Experience

- Education: bachelor's degree, major in Finance or Accounting

- Language: Business Level

- Experience:

+ At least 5 years experience in foreign company

+ Working experience in investment finance, accounting, or audit in real estate development.

+ Knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis

+ Knowledge and experience in feasibility study preparation and analysis on real estate development (especially for residential)
