Responsibilities:
Production Management:
- Ensure the factory operates efficiently and optimize production processes.
- Plan production schedules to ensure timelines and product quality are met.
- Monitor daily activities and address any arising issues.
Quality and Food Safety Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations according to domestic and international standards.
- Collaborate with the quality control department to monitor and improve product quality.
Human Resource Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop the workforce, including operators and supervisors.
- Ensure a safe and effective working environment while addressing labor-related issues.
Financial and Budget Management:
- Develop and control the production budget, minimizing waste and maximizing economic efficiency.
- Monitor costs to ensure financial targets are maintained.
Process Development and Improvement:
- Research and implement new technologies and production methods to enhance performance.
- Propose and implement solutions for production process improvements.
Reporting and Evaluation:
- Report production results to the Factory Director and company management.
- Evaluate and analyze production efficiency metrics to suggest improvement measures.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with departments such as planning, finance, and human resources to ensure alignment in factory operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in management within the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in production facilities and Krones systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, human resource management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management.
- Shuttle bus will be provided.
