**Job Title: Destination Growth Executive**

**Key Responsibilities:**
This role will empower you to expand our tours and experiences globally by helping to launch new destinations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
- Identify, interview, and hire local freelance tour guides in new markets.
- Onboard guides into our portal/platform, share policies and procedures, introduce them to the customer service team, and establish solid relationships.
- **Tour Development:**
- Create 10 engaging tours in new markets for our customer demographic.
- Collaborate with the tour guides to develop unique tours, and review with them to ensure comfort and suggest improvements.
- **Cost Management:**
- Work with guides and suppliers/agents to define costs for each tour (guide fees, entrance tickets, lunch costs, etc.).
- Determine total operational costs and negotiate the best prices to benefit ForeverVacation.
- **Launch Coordination:**
- Finalize tour details and work with the general admin to get new tours live on our website and partner sites.
- **Market Research:**
- Stay updated on industry trends by researching existing popular tours.
**Qualifications:**
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
- Proven experience in interviewing and hiring personnel.
- Strong research and scouting abilities, even remotely.
- Excellent self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
- Talkative, fun, creative, and strong communication skills with international people.
- Ability to think creatively and bring in new ideas.

**KPIs:** For the Destination Growth Executive position, the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) would be:
1. **Have at least 4 Destinations Opened per Month**: This KPI measures the number of new destinations that are being introduced and opened for tourists each month. This provides an indication of the growth rate of the company's operations.
2. **Have at least 5 solid Guides per Destination**: This KPI tracks the number of guides available for each destination. The ratio of guides to destinations is crucial as it impacts the quality of service provided to tourists. A higher number of guides per destination can ensure better service and customer satisfaction.
3. **Have at least 10 Tours per Destination (Desire to have 15 - 20 at each destination)**: This KPI gauges the variety of tours offered in each destination. A greater number of tours often means a wider range of experiences, attracting more tourists and potentially leading to higher customer satisfaction.
**Will Work With:**
- **General Admin:** Collaborate closely to ensure new tours are live on our website.

**Compensation:**
- Freelance Full-time position (one day off per week)
- Annual bonus (based on performance)
- Two free tours annually in any of our SEA destinations* (terms & conditions applied)
