We are looking for an DevSecOps Manager, as part of the IT & DevOps Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and manage DevOps process to connect CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory and Phabricator
- Design, implement, test and integrate changes to existing systems and new products to align with the business requirements
- Automate DevSecOps functions by developing scripts for automated deployments, pipeline integration with SAST (Static Application Security Testing) / DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing), and environment monitoring and management.
- Manage Jenkins master, slave nodes, and other DevSecOps relevant systems / resources. Manage pipelines for existing and new requirements, manage artefacts.
- Manage and improve customer artifacts generation and release processes.
- Assist engineering teams for pipeline issues troubleshooting and help to improve DevSecOps process across teams.
- Lead the DevSecOps team, under the Security and Operations department.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or other STEM field.
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience in DevOps and have played a team management role for at least 2 years.
- Experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps processes.
- Sound knowledge in Jenkins, Groovy, shell scripting and python.
- Experience in developing DevSecOps functions.
- Working experience in Linux systems (RHEL or its equivalent, Ubuntu, etc.) and container technologies
- Ability to travel when required
- Knowledge in DevOps infrastructure and prior exposure to Information Security related fields will be an added advantage
- A strong self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
