This role is to ensure digital product roadmaps are well-managed and digital projects are delivered as expectation. Oversee all the aspects of project including stakeholder management, change management, timeline & scope, cost & budget, risks & issues, communication and vendor in support of successful project execution.

Eliciting and analyzing business needs and product backlog management

• Initiate and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and build up product roadmap

• Analyze and create business requirement and supporting documentation

• Manage product backlog and priorities

• Manage changes of stakeholders and customer requests to ensure they are satisfied following change management process

• Validate the deliverables (UAT) to ensure they meet the expected quality and business value

Managing and monitoring digital projects to ensure deliverables meet objectives

• Project Management: lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects. This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements

• Stakeholder Communication: maintain effective communication other teams, and stakeholders to understand their needs, provide project updates, manage expectations, and address concerns

• Risk Management: identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project success. Develop plan and action to mitigate risks and proactively address issues as they arise

• Scope Management: monitor and control project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure that the project stays aligned with initial objectives

• Project documentation: maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and any other relevant documentation.

People Management and Development

• Team Leadership: provide guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

• Regular provide feedback on both WHAT and HOW of each direct reports for the performance improvement
