JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Digital Partnership Growth
- Establish and grow relationships, and lead joint business plans with strategic Digital services partners (eWallet, Ride Hailing) with a holistic approach across business verticals and horizontals.
- Develop cross-category partnerships to drive Alcohol and Non-alcohol category penetration and O2O conversions.
- Improve and improvise digital consumer experience throughout the consumer journey by suggesting unique value propositions for both partners and consumers. Influence user flows and ensure standard practices and processes regarding the Heineken brand ID are followed.
- Collaborate with Media experts and Creative partners to plan, coordinate and execute online merchandising initiatives, testing and measuring different approaches to messaging, design, and targeting those which drive the best results and response, across websites and devices.
- Collaborate with digital partners in close cooperation with Brand Team to decide on the innovative ways of engaging consumers via digital platforms, winning new initiatives, new ways of consumer engagement and generate traffic to Heineken online stores and offline outlets.
- Analyse channel/behavioural data to create a tailored omnichannel approach that fits consumer occasions and drive seamless integrated consumer journey.
- Provide strategic commercial inputs to wider Sales and Marketing teams on Digital Commerce related topics.
Internal Stakeholder Management
- Align cross functional on integrated campaign agenda and follow up regularly.
- Deliver integrated campaign planning, execution, and evaluation in omni-channels with strong cross-team collaboration.
- Manage given campaign budget and responsible for securing digital budgets from marketing and trade activities that lead to user engagement and conversion.
- Provide timely feedback to commercial leaders regarding performance, activities, and account strategy concerns, using relevant monitoring tools.
- Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with that of the department and/or organization to ensure efficient and effective operation of the team.
Drive a data driven way of working
- Build online shoppers understanding through strengthening data sharing approach in each partnership.
- Analyse and advise on new market trends, business opportunities and market segments in local and global landscape.
- Influence decisions in critical business areas by making data-driven decisions and data-based presentations.
- Establish data driven campaigns and initiatives; define and track metrics to increase sales and build value for initiatives.
- Analyse past performance of categories and campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- +5 years of sales or brand management experience in consumer product industry.
- +2 years of experience in online industry, related to FMCG products; must have proven experience in developing, executing partnership demonstrating omnichannel approach in Vietnamese retail.
- Extensive experience with and deep understanding of different players in online retail landscape.
- Past experience working as key account manager or marketing solution manager of digital platforms or working directly with digital partners (e-Wallets or Ride hailing) will be an advantage.
