Job Description

  • We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team!
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.
  • This role is responsible for growing our Leads to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly KPIs.
  • This person should have a full understanding of digital marketing and how to run and execute Ads, SEO, email marketing campaigns etc, while also reporting on them.
  • Middle/Senior level is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1 Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans across various channels, including social media (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads ), email marketing, PPC, and SEO.

2 Advertising

  • Develop ad strategy & plan and execute paid advertising on various channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Develop ad creative (includes landing pages) strategy/plan and work closely with the content, designer to produce it.
  • Set up tracking method & responsible for daily ad management & optimization.

3 Email Marketing / Marketing Automation

  • Develop and implement marketing automation processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Periodically report and analyze campaign metrics to refine strategies.

4 Website management & SEO

  • Ensure the effective management and optimization of the company website (content, UX/UI)
  • In charge of all SEO activities:

+ Conduct keyword research for effective SEO strategies.

+ Perform on/off-page website audits to enhance online visibility.

+ Develop and implement content strategies and conduct content audits.

  • - Analyze data & make report with insights.

5 Others

  • Periodically reporting with insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct research and analyze both user behavior and digital interactions.
  • Update competitor communication activities monthly/quarterly.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language and communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Digital marketing fields.
  • Proficient in Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Experience in Google Analytics and other analytic tools.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and content funnels.
  • Ability to create content plans and editorial calendars with strong copywriting skills.
  • Critical and strategic thinking with a data-driven approach.
  • Proactive and have a can-do attitude.

  • Salary: Up to $1000 USD net (based on experience).
