Summary:
Client is looking for a Trailblazer Relations Marketing Sr. Associate/Manager responsible for developing and managing Trailblazer Community marketing programs designed to drive community engagement.
This person will support the company's communities for the customer service, sales, and commerce personas. Responsibilities include community moderation and engagement, event coordination, Trailblazer research, as well as reporting and metrics. These activities help to drive the education of company products and ultimately, product adoption.
This is a critical role in the sustainability and evolution of ongoing Trailblazer engagement, community development, sustainability, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have experience in online community facilitation and moderation, content writing and production, social media strategy, and project management.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and support the company Serviceblazer, Commerce Crew and Salesblazer communities via the following program activities:
- Drive community program facilitation and moderation
- Support the growth and development of emerging nascent communities and events such as Field Service
- Own and maintain community content calendars and work with PMM and Social to dive amplification and engagement
- Integrate with cross-cloud and corporate functions to drive our program strategy and execution, including, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Corporate Social Center of Excellence, CSG, Trailhead, Training and Development, Corporate Events, and Research teams.
- Own and maintain Trailblazer Tracker including industry, use case, segment, and areas of interest
- Work cross functionally with the Service Cloud Content, Social, and Customer Marketing teams to design and manage Trailblazer social amplification process, strategically partner on the social plan, and developing the executional BOM such as toolkits and UTM's necessary to track and measure success.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, managing registration, event set-up, promotion, event logistics, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years marketing experience
- Understanding of a tech community environment and customer relationship is a plus
- Understanding of digital and social marketing programs
- Proficient in writing, editing, storytelling, and content development
- Ability to manage and assess customer data using reporting tools for analytics
- Fun, upbeat, positive attitude with ability to adapt in an ever changing environment
- Must thrive in a win as a team environment
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
