Client Profile:

Founded in 2014 in Singapore, the client company is dedicated to empowering businesses through technology and education to enhance sales effectiveness. Initially focused on CRM software, the company has expanded its services to include lead generation and educational programs aimed at digital sales transformation.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be working remotely from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and will focus on driving digital sales efforts in Singapore. This role involves selling the company's suite of technology-driven solutions, including CRM software, lead generation services for our suite of products, and digital sales transformation educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, focusing on our Career Conversion Program, CRM solutions, lead generation services, and educational programs for digital sales transformation.
  • Identify and acquire new clients by understanding their business needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on digital sales strategies.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Work with channel partners to enhance distribution channels and maximise sales opportunities.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in Singapore, providing personalised recommendations and demonstrating the value of our offerings.

Product Knowledge

  • Promote CRM, educational programs, including Digital Sales Transformation and Career Conversion Program (CCP), to businesses and professionals.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, staying up to date with industry trends to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through various digital channels, including email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into clients.
  • Utilise digital marketing channels such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and email marketing to generate high-quality leads.

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the team to create sales strategies aimed at expanding market presence and revenue generation in the Singapore market.

Reporting

  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and feedback to leadership on potential improvements.

Customer Support

  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years working experience in related fields
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
