Asian Hustle Network, Inc. (AHN) is a cultural agency and media company that provides web, branding, and marketing solutions for Asian entrepreneurs and enterprises. AHN's business division offers consulting services, web application development and maintenance, and connections to social media influencers. The media division creates original content, videos, newsletters, podcast episodes, and news across various social media platforms, reaching millions of conscious consumers globally.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Asian Hustle Network in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, and communicating with the target audience through online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and website performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms, advertising platforms, and SEO techniques.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to attract and retain followers.
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and optimization of campaigns.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce effective ads and promotional materials.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO tools.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Experience with PPC campaigns and keyword research tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO (optional but preferred).
  • Experience in content creation and graphic design is a plus.
