The Company: Our client is an iconic building material brand with significant ambitions to scale their presence across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing website management, social media content, and paid campaigns.
- Collaborating with external PR agencies for product launch campaigns.
- Executing digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Google Ads, etc.) and content marketing.
- Managing email campaigns, blog posts, lead nurturing, and influencer agreements.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Continuously analyze website user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor online reviews and social media mentions, and respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with external supplier/agency to build and install retail displays to ensure marketing initiatives align with the company's brand and objectives.
- Creation and Management of promotional events both physical and digital.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience with proven track record in B2B and B2C digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, .
- Experience in Salesforce, Website CMS, Adobe Creative Studio, Canva, pardot or similar.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) a plus.
