What you'll be responsible for
- Develop and execute effective long-form and short-form content (Blog, Newsletter, Social)
- Build and segment customer lists to optimize campaign performance.
- Create engaging email, SMS, and push notification content, including copy, design, CTA.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Monitor campaign metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email, SMS, or push notification marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and user journey.
- Proficiency in email marketing or CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Proficiency in engagement platforms (e.g., Netcore, CleverTap, Braze, MoEngage)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation and mobile measurement platforms (MMP).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
