Job Summary
As a Digital Media Manager, you will manage the day-to-day digital media activities for clients, including five main areas: Digital Media Strategy, Digital Media Planning, Partner Coordination, Reporting, and Analysis. These activities run across the entire field of Digital Marketing and Advertising including Online Display, Social, Online Video, Search Engine Marketing, Sponsorship, Gaming, Mobile Marketing (SMS, WAP, Application, Game), Interactive Marketing (Events/ Activations, POSM), Integrated Marketing and new technologies.
Supervisory Responsibility
In this role, you will lead and mentor a dynamic team of 5-6 members ranging from Interns to Senior Executives. Your guidance will be pivotal in shaping their growth and driving the team's success.
Job Responsibility
- Work with key media partners for implementation plans and negotiations.
- Be the trusted advisor or to-go person within the team and with clients for all things related to Digital/ Media.
- Presentation of strategy and implementation ideas to clients, across different digital platforms.
- Responsible for overall campaign strategy, plans, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for your set of brands.
- Develop and follow best practices and procedures or processes for media planning and operations.
- Set viable objectives and KPIs and recommend or develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
- Ensure projects or campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
- Guide the team on planning, operations, and optimization of digital campaigns.
- To be a team player and work well with all members of the team to ensure all tasks are fulfilled. Guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation, and work processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide and motivate your team members towards success.
- Excel in communication and presentation skills (proficient in both English and Vietnamese).
- Highly evolved reporting skills to deliver insightful and impactful analyses.
Experience and Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Media agency, client-side in-house team, or media owner capacity in a relevant position.
- Solid experience in Media planning and buying across all digital platforms, with hands-on experience with advertising technology platforms e.g. Ad servers, DSPs, and Facebook Ads Manager is an advantage.
- Strong digital background with a strategic outlook.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Communications or related fields.
