KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize app retention and transaction campaigns across digital platforms
- Suggest new digital strategies and channels to enhance user engagement, retention, and transactions
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user data and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for enhancing acquisition and retention
- Develop engaging data stories to highlight key trends, successes, and areas for improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Agency Management: Oversee external agencies, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery of campaigns
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven working experience in digital performance marketing for at least 4 years, with a strong focus on app-based campaigns
- Basic knowledge of financial product development
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build digital acquisition flows across various channels and integrate platforms with third-party tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
