Digital Banking Center Personal Banking Division
WHAT YOU DO:
- Develop and implement new customer acquisition campaigns, as well as customer promotion programs, to drive transaction growth, maintain customer engagement, and enhance interaction with digital channels.
- Design promotional programs and customer policies that align with app user behavior (Digital Offerings, Promotion Schemes, Gamification) to achieve business targets while catering to TPBank's unique business needs.
- Execute app marketing content, optimize the sales flow of products and services, and improve conversion rates to meet established business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze business data, preparing reports on performance against business targets to inform adjustments in programs, promotions, and sales policies.
- Collaborate with product units to propose adjustments or new feature developments aimed at customer retention and business growth, enhancing key performance indicators.
- Analyze market information and competitor performance in digital banking products, recommending solutions to improve business efficiency and increase TPBank's product competitiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Specialization: Economics, Finance - Banking, Foreign Trade, Information Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in business development, digital banking partnerships, fintech, or sales enhancement in banking or financial institutions.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, sales management, market analysis, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Martech, Digital Marketing, and App Marketing (Customer Journey Optimization, Gamification, etc.).
