The opportunity
The Bancassurance Sales is to oversee and provide strategic, financial, formulation and successful execution of key business projects for the company with specific focus on designated bank account. This role will actively work with the internal local, regional, global leadership team and external Partnership business partners. The position also demands the ability to recognize and manage risk across all the businesses.
Responsibilities
The incumbent held extensive accountabilities both internally and externally, in which the role has direct impact and in this role the incumbent is held accountable for various direct impact decisions both from strategic management and in the daily business sales and sales operation of the channel. - Work with CPDO in implementing all strategies for identification, building, and developing the Bancassurance.
- Build strong relationships with partners at top management and branch levels in aiming to activate partner's business in a solid manner.
- Maintain and enhance business operating models to continuously improve the quality of the business and ensuring consistent growth and sustainability.
- Participate in strategic planning.
- Achieve budget projections for workforce, expenses, sales and premium consistently year over year.
- Lead and motivate employee in their ongoing participation in the value proposition.
- Lead the team in developing and executing the business plan to achieve both financial and non-financial metrics have been set and assigned in the channel.
- Build high engagement team and develop talents in the division as well as build strong succession pipeline in partnership distribution.
- Build solid foundation of risk control to ensure growth with quality.
- Decisions on daily sales management, sales operation, services, and operation matters of the entire distribution channel.

What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 15 years + and above of experience in insurance industry, preferable in sales and distribution management, training, and development. Competent knowledge & skills in business operational planning & organizing.
- Strategic mindset, strong business and financial acumen, a global strategic vision, and understanding of business financials, with the ability to deliver results within financial parameters.
- Ability to set and implement clear short-term plans and longer-term strategy contemporaneously, for both business performance and values. Good sense of industrial market situation is preferable.
- Strong analytical thinking, reflected in impact and influence skills and confidence in high level interactions with the Leadership Team
- Strong leadership capability and excellent people skills at a senior level

- Excellent in English both writing & speaking.
