Job Description
.. Manage and operate the Corporate Banking Department (KHDN) to perform the functions of the Department as assigned by the Branch Director
.. Organize and implement the business plan to ensure compliance with the assigned plan of the Corporate Banking Department
.. Manage customers and ensure service standards and quality for customers according to the bank's regulations
.. Participate in developing corporate banking products and policies to improve the bank's service quality to ensure competitiveness in the market
.. Guide, support and measure the creation of corporate banking CVs to improve service quality.

Requirements
.. Graduated from university majoring in banking, finance and accounting or Economics schools
.. Have at least 4 years of experience working in the field of corporate credit at banks or large financial institutions. Hold the position of Head/Deputy Head of Business Department/Senior Manager of banks.
.. Understand the strategic goals, business models, products and services of Corporate Banking Customers
.. Have the ability to manage and lead teamwork.
.. Ability to build good relationships
.. Have the ability to analyze and evaluate finances well.
