Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee brand management, set annual targets, and guide the team in achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Monitor and adjust brand operations based on performance results to ensure business objectives are met.
- Create and implement monthly marketing plans, track promotions and advertising efforts, and continuously refine strategies to enhance store performance.
- Leverage platform tools and strategies (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) to optimize customer engagement and increase sales for brand stores.
- Manage influencer collaborations, live-streaming, and KOL strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for store operations and promotional campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations; proven success in online platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Data-driven with a clear business mindset, able to analyze performance metrics and make profit-oriented decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, and Vietnamese and preferred Mandarin for business communication.
