What is the job

The Finance Guru will be based in our beautiful resort in Quang Binh. The role involves leading the finance, IT and purchasing team. Overseeing financial planning, preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, utilizing analytical skills, managing finances, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

You will also play a key business advisory role to the General Manager and other department heads.

What do you need

• At least two years experience in a similar role with an international hotel company
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam laws and taxation
• At least 2 years in a similar position in a hotel environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
