- Receive and implement business plans for the large corporate customer segment of the large corporate customer center
- Manage, care for, handle, reflect and maintain regular contact with customers
- Manage the large corporate customer portfolio within the scope of responsibility
- Support and train customer specialists (CVKH) to develop relationships and sell more to large corporate customers
- Monitor, evaluate and support distribution channels in the system to implement plans
- Monitor customer risk management
- Analyze and evaluate customer capacity and propose product and service provision and protect proposals for approval at all levels
- Propose changes in policies and contribute ideas to the product development department
- Graduated from university or higher in Finance, Banking, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Commerce
- Have at least 03 years of experience in the field of corporate credit or 02 years in an equivalent position in other banks
- Understanding of corporate products and banking services
- English and office computer skills meet job requirements
- Planning and organizing skills to implement plans
- Good teamwork and independent working skills
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
