About the role:
The Chief Marketing Officer will be the strategic leader driving Vikki's growth through exceptional brand communication, high-performing digital marketing strategies, and impactful product marketing for our suite of digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and deep expertise in digital ecosystems to position Vikki as the go-to digital bank.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Vikki as the leading digital bank.
- Align marketing initiatives with the overall business goals, ensuring measurable impact on growth, market share, and revenue.
2. Brand Communication (BrandCom):
- Develop and execute a bold and innovative brand strategy to establish Vikki as a trusted and forward-thinking digital bank.
- Craft compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand recognition.
- Oversee the creation of brand assets, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
- Manage public relations and external communications to strengthen Vikki's reputation in the industry.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Lead the development of data-driven digital marketing strategies across performance marketing, social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns, leveraging advanced analytics and automation tools.
- Build a robust online presence for Vikki, focusing on engagement, user experience, and omnichannel strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign effectiveness, ensuring strong ROI and alignment
4. Digital Bank Product Marketing:
- Partner with product teams to define go-to-market strategies for Vikki's digital banking products.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to launch and scale products, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and product engagement.
- Create compelling product positioning and messaging to differentiate Vikki's offerings in a competitive market.
- Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies and drive product innovation.
5. Leadership and Collaboration:
- Develop and execute a bold and innovative brand strategy to establish Vikki as a trusted and forward-thinking digital bank.
- Craft compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand recognition.
Key Qualifications:
- Oversee the creation of brand assets, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
- Manage public relations and external communications to strengthen Vikki's reputation in the industry.
Experience and Education:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in brand communication, digital marketing, and product marketing, preferably in fintech, digital banking, or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
