Job Purpose
- Build strategies for developing personal credit card & unsecured lending solutions that meet the needs of each key customer segment.
- Organize, implement, manage and operate credit card & unsecured lending solution development activities, along with related activities to ensure meeting the needs and experiences of individual customers while achieving the bank's business goals according to strategic orientation
Key Accountabilities (1)
Design Credit card & Unsecured lending solution package of each key customer segment
- Support Head of Credit Solutions to build and implement product development strategies credit card & unsecured lending for individual customers according to the general direction of the division and the bank.
- Build and execute the strategy for credit card & unsecured lending products for individual customers. Develop innovative credit card products for each customer segment based on digital technology platform & understand customers throughout the customer journey.
- Build diverse credit card & unsecured lending solution packages to meet the needs of each segment on a digital technology platform & multi-channel experience; support TCB connect with customers in the long term.
- Advise the establishment of necessary policies, procedures, tools, system development to implement the tasks and responsibilities of credit card & unsecured lending unit in order to achieve Division's strategic goals and directions.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Business Operations Management
- Manage the activities of building/developing credit card & unsecured lending products for individual customers throughout the stages of understanding customers, determining CVP, designing solutions/features according to CVP roadmap to meet customer needs while complying with Techcombank's regulations and capabilities.
- Manage the implementation of credit card and unsecured lending products for individual customers from the content/idea design stage, building product implementation processes/instructions, implementing the program to business units, and contacting relevant partners (if necessary).
- Manage the effectiveness of credit card product implementation through customer satisfaction metrics, financial metrics and risks (revenue, cost, profit) related to the product.
- Manage coordination with departments within RBG Division and outside to unify partnership plans to ensure optimal partnership management effectiveness.
- Direct and support unit members when participating in, building and implementing projects and strategic initiatives that impact and influence payment product development activities (if any).

- Be an example in building and strengthening corporate culture.
- Make sure the correct and complete implementation of corporate culture plans; all employees understand and apply consistently corporate cultural values, behavioral standards.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by line manager.
Resource Management and Development
- Resource management (including developing headcount plans, mobilizing and coordinating human resources inside and outside the RBG Division, training, developing teams, recording and evaluating the work performance of direct staff) to ensure maintaining adequate resources and quality of operations according to the cross-functional solution group model.
- Monitor, manage and evaluate employee performance to achieve set goals.
- Advise the Senior Director of Credit Solutions on plans to develop the capacity of the intermediary staff and successor staff of the Credit Card unit.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Marketing or Business Administration required; Master's degree or advanced certificate preferred.
- Foreign language (English): according to the Bank regulations.
Professional Experience
- At least 12+ years of experience in the Banking sector. At least 6 years of experience in management and operations, participating in building business strategies, business policies, and operating models for a business segment in the Bank.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales, managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced banking environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of banking operations, including compliance, risk management and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is essential to communicate and collaborate effectively.
