Job Purpose
Manage and take responsibility for all activities related to product/ Solution/ Journey development and management for Division through:
- Product/ Solution/ Journey design, embedded with customer experience required
- Product/ Solution/ Journey policy v guidelines
- Provide training knowledge on Product/ Solution/ Journey
- Other tasks assigned by department head
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Product/ Solution/ Journey design, embedded with customer experience required
- Responsible for development of products, solutions (relating to lending and term deposit), journeys, product bundles (from products developed by GTS, IB, INS), product campaigns including policies, regulations, processes, detailed instructions, product related solutions that are suitable for customers needs by segment, sub-segment, region, etc following customer segmentation orientation, TCB's strategies and policies and laws.
- Manage and responsible for monitoring products and product bundles
- Product/ Solution/ Journey policy v guidelines
- Manage and responsible for developing v managing product tree v related documents for customers
- Manage and responsible for collaborating with other departments to effectively manage risks other than legal, operational v compliance risks
- Manage and responsible for analyzing and assessing impacts; building, managing v coordinating with other stakeholders and operate the price and promotion policy framework
- Manage and responsible for monitoring, orienting, and coordinating with stakeholders to review and design policies, processes, and guidelines that affect customers, including user requirements for automation, digitization, regulations on risk management

- Manage and responsible for preparing training materials for Products/Solutions/ Jouneys
- Manage and responsble for providing sharing/ training/ coaching to frontlines on products, solutions v journeys
- Other tasks assigned by Department Head/Director
Key Accountabilities (3)
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Oversee human resources planning and execution (headcount v costs) of their function/ sub- function
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Establish and communicate sub- function/ function and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to reporting line
- Manage sub- function/ function performance v provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle)
- Define team's capability requirements and enable team member's professional and personal development through capability assessment, training, coaching v feedback, mentoring, etc.
- Motivate and recognize team members contributions towards the team's shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the function/ sub- function
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at function/ sub- function level
- Understand v communicate relevant HR offerings to team members.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority to have a master's degree or higher
Minimum 12 years working experience in banking/finance/credit/marketing,at least 6 years experience in managment position with:
- Understanding of solutions to improve performance of BB (resource, system, operations, risk management)
- Understanding of banking activities
- Understanding of strategy, business model, CVP
- Mimimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent
