Job description:
- Support via hotline calls and emails; log all customer requests into internal ticketing system
- provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user by monitor Linux Windows system on AWS/Azure
- Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure
- To support other IT-related duties when assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- From 1-2 years of relevant experience, Graduated from University in IT field
- Familiar with Windows OS
- English: Most chating/email, Communicate Intermediate
- Experience in Linux/cloud computing is a big plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, commitment to customer service
- Able to work under shift schedule, working any 4-day and REST 3-day a week under shift 1 9am-9pm or shift 2 9pm-9am
Salary : Upto $800 (18,9 mil ) + night shift allowance
WORKING CONDITION
- Working time: Monday to Sun: day shift 9am - 9 pm ( in between, he have have 2 times of 1-hour rest such as lunch time and dinner time) or night shift 9pm -9am ( in between, he can also have 2 times of 1-hour rest) for night shift
- Note: Night shift can allow work from home and only day shift needs to sit in the office
- Night shift with shift allowances such as
