Ensure project handover package is complied with standard requirement in coordination with project team and maintenance team.
Adopt changes of existing utilities to updated versions after project upgrades on Master drawing system.
Provide effective control for document, and drawings complying with standard procedure.
Timely provide/ support sufficient data on drawings/ warranty for archived projects per request/ audit.
Follow strict compliance on client and /JLL policy on confidential documents disposal process.
Provide effective management for warranty, license, permit tracking system.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders addressing concerns and delay to ensure quality handover package and up-to-dated license/permit.
Perform assigned facility inspections, vendor work and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
Prepare and submit to summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.
Familiar with the various items of facilities systems (electrical, mechanical, building automation systems, fire/life safety, etc.)
Manage Document controls room 5S and equipment.
Any other duties as and when required by the Manager

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS KEY COMPETENCIES
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
Degree of industrial/civil/ mechanical /electrical engineer
Have a minimum two years of experience in project/ technical document management.
Detailed oriented, well-organized, effective communication
