Control all aspects of project documentation with multiple simultaneous contractors and other important stakeholders, utilizing the traditional methods/systems of document control.
Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in line with the Company's Document Management System.
Ensure that proper document control support is given to all aspects of the project.
Produce and maintain Incoming and Outgoing Document Registries.
Produce and maintain Document Progress Reports for Project Managers.
Ensure that all documentation provided is as per the Client's quality-formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pages, numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve the client's documentation requirements.
Create Document Control folders and correspondence folders for the various contractors and important stakeholders.
Work in strict co-operation with Managers to help ensure project progress status integration.
Ensure that all templates used by the contractors conform to the Company standard. Copying, scanning and storing documents; checking for accuracy and editing files, such as contracts.
Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and procedural flow charts etc.).

Liaise generally with our HO in HCM, on any matter of data transference (such as feeding daily and weekly reports).
Liaise with our HO in HCM, to populate their DropBox (server) with all our past site data and registries (including the recent documentation from Artelia's Hand Over last month).
Create and maintain a viable back-up system
Manage the arrival of materials on site, with a registry to show all details of contents, quantity, supplier, condition of arrival, etc.
