We are looking for a Driver Operations Associate, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with high energy, quick thinking individuals who will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for driver partners.
What You'll Do
- Install stickers on partner vehicles to raise brand awareness;
- Increase Lalamove's brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles;
- Monthly sticker installation target: 135-154 (average of 6-8 stickers daily)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a large network of driver partners who participate in the branded vehicle program;
- Lead fleet training, as well as manage drivers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to agreed-upon SOPs and SLAs.
- Check and control the stock management at the HUB (Sticker/ Lalabag/ Helmet/ jacket).
- Align with local teams when executing new initiatives;
- Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
- Time of work: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and Saturday (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)

What You'll Need
- Education: A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Recent graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply.
- No experience is required.
- Familiarity of using applications on smartphones.
- Outgoing, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized individuals are preferred.
