Responsible for e-platform operations, including promotion planning, stocks demand forecast, customer relationship management, campaign participation management and other systematic operations tasks
Ensure all operation tasks going smoothly (PO, credits, refunds, stocks available) and deliver supports on time (samples, gifts...)
Competition landscape check on a regular basis with details of competitors commercial & planning activities across platforms
Cooperate with internal cross-functions (accounting, brand marketing, logistics,) and external partners (platforms, social agencies, enablers..) to achieve the set KPIs & project objectives
Reports & Data analysis of store operations with deep-dive insights per category/brand/plan to strengthen store performance.
NMV & P&L Control
Responsible for account GMV with platform & Netsales with internal with strong P&L report & analysis
Analyse store-related data and recommend improvement plans for store revenue based on results, store optimization, and merchandise ratings
Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting
Control & reconcile cost with distributor or platforms
