Responsibilities
- Creating interactive e-learning content in collaboration with a Learning Experience Designer using iSpring and working with graphic designers to create visual assets
- Create different training modules & content according to plan. General steps are (1) identify visual media (pictures and animation) to accompany lesson content, instructional voice-over, (2) load training data into training environment and (3) package SME's content into interactive SCORM-based format.
- Suggest standard templates for different learning experience designs for SME's to become more autonomous in course design
- Serve as an SME for visual-related aspects of the ADDIE model; provide input/feedback to SMEs, instructional designers as to how content should be present to users from technical perspective
Key Interfaces:
- People: E-Learning Manager; Instructional/Learning experience Designer; Subjective-matter experts (SMEs) across the global organization
- System: Learning management system and different e-development tools
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience creating high-quality e-learning content
- Proficiency in PPT, iSpring or other SCORM creation software
- Intermediate to professional English skill; additional major Asian language is a plus
- Knowledge of graphic designing, video editing tools is a plus
- Open, flexible, agile, willing-to-learn-and-accept mindset and hands-on attitude
