Essential Responsibilities:
EAC Coordinator
- Coordinate with related functions, from Lean, planning, sourcing, production on product cost record accurately
- Mapping cost out initiative from P2V, engineering to daily Kaizen and employees project to update Handbook properly and transfer to GE advantage in product handbook
- Build up process automation and report to reduce working hours for EAC report and tracking
- Handbook coordination and update
- Being a contact point of the site on product cost communication and tracking, working with internal as well as external parties like product manager, finance on EAC update & questions
Requirements/ Yu Cu
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing, Vietnamese and English
- Good knowledge about functional operations
- Quick learner
- Ability on building report as well as automating it
