Job Description

  • Thc hin cc d n s ha vn phng ca cc t chc (khch hng) vi cc gii php Cloud v On premise ca tp on phn mm Epicor.
  • Gip khch hng nng cao nng sut cng vic, tit kim chi ph.
  • T vn v T chc thu thp cc chng t/ti liu/vn bn/bo co/ ...phn loi, lu tr an ton, tm kim nhanh chng, d dng, hiu qu
  • Xy dng cc quy trnh (workflow) cng vic lin quan n cc phng ban, b phn, loi b cc tc nghn.
  • Chuyn i cc ni dung, quy trnh iu khin bng giy trc y thnh ti liu in t vi chc nng Forms.
  • Tch hp vi cc h thng khc (ERP, CRM, ...).
  • o to, son ti liu cho nhn vin ca khch hng, cc bn lin quan, gim st v nh gi hiu sut cng nh tc ng ca gii php ECM.
  • Gii quyt cc vn theo phn cng ca cp trn.
