Main Purpose:
- Responsible for driving sales and executing the E-Commerce strategy for Highlands Coffee Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business, in alignment with the overall business strategies.
- Ensure Highlands Coffee CPG lead in all aspects along the digital path to purchase to drive demand with high level of integration with the Highlands brand.
- Thrive in collaboration with Commercial, Brand Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to develop and deliver integrated Joint Business Plans with key partners.
Main Responsibilities
- Formulate overall strategy for total Ecommerce business, ensuring the sustainable growth and profitability.
- Proactively liaise with other internal departments to understand customer insights. Ensuring Ecommerce activities are aligned with the strategic business plan
- Lead and implement the eCommerce strategy in partnership with the sales & marketing teams to maximize sales through all the relevant eCommerce channels.
- Align Customer and Brand strategies/objectives to identify key business opportunities, key performance indicators, and drive the E-commerce performance at high standard.
- Put in place an effective system to track sales, share and operational costs. Leverage the data captured from the Ecommerce channel to provide inputs on areas around ROI measurement, KPIs tracking, etc.
- Promptly solve problems, instruct and guide team members, ensuring smooth operations in all channels.
- Continuously grow the customer data by acquiring more users and enhance customer loyalty
- Establish goals for the team
- Collaborate with media agencies for strategy and implementation of Online promotions, visitor engagement, analytics, reporting, and CRM management. Provide insights and suggestions and implement improvements.
- Manage the E-commerce campaign calendar liaising with the platform Key Account Manager to ensure online consumer experience and massive revenue exploit are aligned.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to increase traffic and conversion rates across digital platforms.

Education/ Training Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience: :
- At least five years of experience in E-Commerce (Client side or retailer), Sales, Marketing, Digital, role in the FMCG or CPG industry.
