Position: E-Commerce Manager
Working hour & working day: 08h30- 17h30 from Mon to Fri
Job Location: HCM
Responsibility:
- Manage store operations for companys products on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce platforms.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue, optimize ad performance, and raise brand awareness for company.
- Track and manage product catalogs, ensuring accurate product information, competitive pricing, and optimized image/video displays.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address questions about camera technical features and support customer needs.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to provide solutions for improving conversion rates and inventory management.
- Oversee major promotional events, such as flash sales and platform-wide campaigns, ensuring effective execution
Requirements:
- Skill: Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English-intermediate, Chinese is a plus)
- Bachelors degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with proven experience in operating on local platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, familiar with platform rules and promotional strategies.
- Strong e-commerce data analysis skills, understanding traffic distribution, ad click conversion, and overall e-commerce operations.
- Prior experience with 3C consumer electronics or video surveillance categories is preferred, especially in brand companies.
