About the Role

As an Educational Counsellor, you will assist the Board of Directors in creating and applying an effective counselling strategy, boosting the company's sale to the maximum along with relevant administrative tasks included but not limited to further assignments from the Director(s).

The goal is to provide informative details of the programs, procedures and admission inquiries, also to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients who are currently our key clients, parents and contractors.

Responsibilities

Being the first point of contact for parents and clients for any educational and service inquiries

Conduct research to identify new business-potential sources and market needs

Arrange and participate in Training sessions and Seminars from other global educational representatives

Prepare admission documents ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Provide accurate and most updated information on international admission and visa policies

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Visa and Documents Management

Blog composing and Social Media management

Further administrative tasks related to the tasks

Skills And Experience

Currently a university student

Excellent interpersonal verbal, reading and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)

Proficiency in Canva is a must

Strong customer service approach

Proven ability to provide accurate and accessible reports

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work co-operatively as a member of a team and to work with minimum supervision

Time management and planning skills
