Everest Education was founded by Tony Ngo (Harvard Business School and Stanford University) and Don Le (Stanford University) to empower all learners, one student and one moment at a time. We help students to gain entrance and succeed in international academic environments. For our families, we strive to be their trusted education partner.
We offer Math and English enrichment courses, test prep, college admissions consulting, and private tutoring to students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 using our proprietary blended learning approach. Position: Educational Program Consultant
Working hours: 40 hours/week or 5 days/week
Working location: 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC
RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage and develop relationships with customers to provide personalized education solutions through various channels.
- Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge.
- Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and handle questions about Everest Education and our products, offers.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development in Education or Service industry;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Passion in Education;
- Good problem-solving and organizing skills;
- Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;
- Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;
- Flexible and adaptable with changes.
