Responsibilities:
- Conduct factory walk thought to check all activities comply with safety, environment, sustainability compliance procedure, standard and make weekly EHS report.
- Work closely with all teams to identify EHS, ESG risk, find solution to improve, follow up implementation until completion. - Follow and Implement EHS, ESG action plan.
- Check the Fire protection system and Work closely with the Fire Fighting team to ensure the fire safe regulation.
- Work closely with relevant team to conduct Occupational and Environmental monitoring plan and machine, equipment to strict OSH Requirements inspection plan.
- Follow up and Update (if any) the PPE matrix, tracking the PPE providing list make sure comply with PPE regulation.
- Check, Issue work permit and monitor with contractor and relevant team to ensure sure comply with safety contractor management regulation.
- Investigate incident, accident; find root cause; corrective action preventive action, make report and follow implementation until completion.
- Monitor the waste management process, make report and propose improvement action.
- Conduct EHS, ESG internal training for employees as plan.
- Implement, consolidate the EHS, ESG document comply with regulation. Control the EHS, ESG master list.
- Make EHS, ESG report and submit to government as required law (reports on occupational safety and health, occupational accidents, chemical management report, environmental monitoring report, etc).
- Work with audit parties when having external audit.
- Consolidate all EHS, ESG data and analyst the trend, non-compliance.
- Make internal report periodically
- Propose the improvement action plan to enhance the EHS, ESG performance.
- Other duties as assigned from superior.
Requirements:
- Graduate from university with major in Safety, Environmental Management field.
- At least 02 year experience in Safety and Environment.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Safety, Environment, Sustainability Management system.
- Good at English
