Responsibility
- Repair production equipment, plant equipment and related systems, particularly when concerned with electrical malfunctions.
- Monitor the system and handle problems arising about line control or electricity during the production process
- Maintains a working understanding of plant production processes, equipment, systems, and facilities in order to perform maintenance effectively, under general directions.
- Work in cooperation with engineering, technical, and production supervisory or outside of the company personnel when directed.
- Use past practices, basic data tables, hand brakes, and technical reference to determine electrical equipment, materials, size, and other working data for the approval by the supervisor.
- Analyzes and repairs specialized equipment heavily dependent upon electronic controls, electromechanical mechanisms, and related components under general direction.
- Get required tools, equipment, and instruments; clean up and store as necessary.
- Other work as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor - College graduate in field of Electrical - Electricity, Automation
- At least 1 year - experiences in working at beverage can manufacturing plant is referable
- Knowledge and good understanding about PLC (AB), Inverter PowerFlex; Hydraulic System, Auto CAD 2D-3D
- Ability to operate and functionally use a computer
- Problem-solving skills for electrical issues
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
