Employee Engagement Officer/ Executive

Principal duties:

1. On-boarding, Off-boarding process
2. Event organization
3. Employee relation
4. HR Admin Management

Essential functions:

On-boarding and Off-boarding

• Support the on-boarding process including Preparation for new comers, is conducted accordingly.

Event organization

• Support internal events: to company trip, year-end party, happy hour program, sports tournaments, monthly sports activities, and team building activities
• Conduct monthly/quarterly employee awarding ceremony

Employee relation

• Support & Do employee survey
• In charge of giving benefit of Birthday, sickness,
• Conduct regular employees opinion

HR Admin

• Ensure the relevant admin tasks are performed accordingly.
• Other tasks are assigned by direct supervisor and/or CPO

Requirements

*** Education:

• College/University graduated or equivalent

*** Technical skills and experience:

• Office tools
• 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources, or company event organization or employee relation

*** Soft-skills & attitude

• Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Negotiating skill
• Time management skill
• Follow up skill
• Initiative
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Be a team player

*** Language skills:

• Good at English communication
