Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employer Branding Specialist (Junior/Middle) at CMC Global Company Limited in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Specialist will be responsible for employer branding initiatives, communication strategies, recruitment marketing, and community building.

Qualifications

• Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing skills
• Community Building & Event Management experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
