Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced English Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective face-to-face English language instruction to our students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Create a supportive and interactive learning environment conducive to language acquisition.
• Develop customized lesson plans and materials to suit the needs and interests of individual students and groups.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment of curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in English. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Certification & Experience: Previous experience in teaching or relevant fields is highly desirable. Teaching certification preferred.
• Flexibility: Availability to work during weekdays, including evenings, and on Saturdays.
• Skills: A dedication to delivering student-focused, engaging, and outcome-oriented lessons.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Hanoi, Vietnam.
